Today’s featured vintage wine is the Allesverloren Tinta Barocca 2005.

Strawberries and hint of dark chocolate, with light oak spices. Medium to full-bodied with elegant good fine fruit and well structured tannins. Serve it with game and or red meats such as spare ribs or roast lamb.
